AFTER and BEFORE photos of the Veterans THRIVE Garden! Located in the City of Fond du Lac, this downtown lot had been vacant for nearly 40 years. It is located across the street from Salute the Troops, a non-profit organization that helps veterans in financial need. The garden was planned (height of the boxes and width of the paths) for wheelchair accessibility. The raised garden beds are in the shape of an American flag, with rectangle boxes for lines, square blue boxes for stars, and white limestone paths in between.
