Heart of the Farm offers networking opportunities for Wisconsin farm women.

UW-Extension invites you to a day away from the farm to connect with women who share the same experiences and challenges on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Millhome Supper Club in Kiel.  Heart of the Farm-Women in Agriculture workshop is a University of Wisconsin-Extension program committed to addressing the needs of farm women by providing education on farm business topics, connecting them with agricultural resources and creating support networks.

Topics for the day include the following: Analyzing My Farm’s Finances and Where Can I Go For Help?, Be You! Building Your Personal and Farm Brand, Latinos In Dairy: What You Need To Know, Ahead of the Curve: A Look at Marketing Milk and Beyond, and It All Started on Kelley Road – Adding Value to the Dairy Farm.
