“The safety of our fresh produce impacts everyone.  A Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) grower training course for fruit and vegetable growers and others interested in learning about produce safety, the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), and co-management of natural resources and food safety will be held on Monday Feb. 26^th. This PSA Grower Training Course is one way to satisfy the FSMA Produce Safety Rule training requirement. It will also help you develop a better understanding of produce safety on your fresh fruit and vegetable farm.”
