This month Diana designed customized process for a collaboration of Workforce Development professionals working in northeast WI and for the Sophia Foundation. In both cases, she met with a core group of members in the groups ahead of time to learn their goals for the meetings. She then designed a pre-meeting survey for the workforce development group, allowing them to “hear” from each other in the meeting and arrive more quickly at an idea for how to meet their goal. For the Sophia Foundation, she taught the board how to use the Business Model Canvas approach to plan for both the profit-generating and philanthropic activities they do in the community.
